What these cover

These terms apply to this website and to the early access list. They do not cover use of the B♭ Studio application at https://app.bflatstudio.com — a studio running an install does so under a separate written agreement.

Early access is not a promise

Joining the list does not entitle you to access, to a place in a queue, to a price, or to the product ever being released. B♭ Studio is in development, features described on this site may change, and it may never become generally available.

We describe on this site what the software does today and say plainly what it does not do yet. Where a page says something is not built, it is not built.

Using this site

You may read it, link to it and quote it with attribution. You may not attempt to disrupt it, submit automated or fraudulent entries to the form, or use it to send anyone else unsolicited mail.

Our marks

The name B♭ Studio, the flat-on-a-stave mark, and the wordmark are ours. Thebrand page sets out how to use them if you are writing about us; anything beyond that needs our permission. You may not use them in a way that suggests we endorse you.

No warranty

This site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be available, accurate or error-free, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for any loss arising from relying on it.
